The Senior Product Manager position is a lynchpin of cross-team communication between business development, professional services, the development team and the customer.  The Senior Product Manager assists in the development of the product roadmap, manages planning and requirements for new and existing products and features.   This role is a perfect growth opportunity for someone looking for a career with a diversified set of responsibilities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.


  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions – both internally and externally (from clients)
  • Translate customer business requirements into software product features and detailed technical requirements (e.g., writing epics, user stories, etc.). Taking high-level epics and breaking them down into detailed user stories, tasks and technical specifications
  • Serve as the expert on product functionality and customer usage
  • Managing the Product Roadmap and creating, prioritizing and maintaining the Product Backlog
  • Conduct product demos, on-site customer meetings and product webinars
  • Coordinate customer acceptance testing on new features
  • Writing release documentation and creating product materials to train cross-functional teams
  • Support in creation of marketing and sales content that convey product value
  • Identify high-value opportunities and recommend product/process improvements for the product and the product management team

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Minimum of 4-6 years demonstrated software product management or owner work experience
  • Deep Retail Industry knowledge.
  • Conceptual understanding of Information Architecture, Databases and Networking
  • Experience defining, executing and delivering on SAAS software and web technology, delivering both backend and frontend solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong analytic skills, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills, process focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise and professional manner
  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work independently
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership


  • Experience developing B2B, Enterprise Software
  • User Experience Design
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology and Jira
